The Lighthouse Art and Craft Show and Sale
Sadly, we are announcing that we have decided to take a year off from organizing and presenting the the annual Art and Craft Show and Sale. It's time for rest and renewal. The show is the primary fundraising event for the Lighthouse upkeep, activities, and projects but taking this year off is timed so that is will not adversely affect our current obligations. look for the show again in the summer of 2027!
In the meantime - there are several exhibitions scheduled for Seeley Hall this summer and the pop - up craft show market in August (check Sea Port Gifts and Treasures for dates).
THE SHOW IS A FUNDRAISER FOR THE LIGHTHOUSE RESTORATION AND PRESERVATION BUT IT ALSO EARNS INCOME FOR THE ARTISTS AND GIVES OUR VISITORS AND BUYERS THE OPPORTUNITY TO BUILD THEIR COLLECTIONS OF ART BY NOVA SCOTIAN ARTISTS.
